HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT MAQUILLEO?
To create a new account you can do this in two ways:

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You have several methods to pay your order, and all safe. By credit card, PayPal or cod. You decide.If you choose cod, you will pay for your order directly to the carrier when delivered. The transport company charges a commission of 3.50€ for the management of this service which will be added when validating your shopping cart. This form of payment is valid for peninsular Spain and the Balearic islands and we will need a phone number for if they need to contact you to make delivery.
DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
Yes. All the prices you see in Maquilleo include VAT. The shipping costs are free from 25€, 50€ or 70€ depending on from where you place your order. Check out the chart of shipping costs for more information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the day you place it, from where and also depending on the delivery method you have chosen.
- Orders within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will be sent by MRW and will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours unless a different delivery date is indicated.
- Orders for the Canary Islands and Ceuta are usually delivered within 5 to 10 days.
- The delivery time for orders to European countries after warehouse handling is 5 working days.
Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day (except in exceptional cases). Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the following day. The time for any shipment starts to count from the day the order is picked up by our transport agencies (not from the day the order was placed).
Remember that transport companies do not make deliveries or collections on weekends.

WHERE DOES THEIR DELIVERIES MAQUILLEO?
We work to get each day more far away. We deliver our orders to Peninsular Spain, Portugal, Balearic islands, Canary islands, Ceuta and International countries. Query terms in the box shipments.
HAS YOUR ORDER ARRIVED IN BAD CONDITIONS?
It is unlikely, but if your order has arrived in bad conditions because of the transport quiet, because all of our shipments are insured. Please let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible.
HOW CAN I CARRY OUT A RETURN?
If your order has arrived correctly and still you want to carry out a return you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The necessary condition for the refund of the money, is that the product must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the good is not returned in its original packaging, it will suffer depreciation. Past 14 days Maquilleo is not required to return the item. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw the article via e-mail to email@example.com
The customer will bear the return charges.
When it comes to Maquilleo the returned product, we will check it is in perfect condition and we will make the payment of the amount of the product.
WHAT IF IT IS FACTORY DEFECT?
If your order has arrived wrong, or you see that it has some defect from the factory just let us know. We will take care of the pickup of your product and of course we will send you your product, and in perfect condition in a second shipment without any cost on your part.
WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT BROKEN?
If you get a product broken due to transportation, we will need a picture to be able to claim the incident. Once we have the photo, we will send you a new product without any cost and the shipping costs shall be borne by Maquilleo.
If we do not have image that show the conditions in which it has come to the product, we will not be able to spend the claim is relevant and therefore we can not proceed or payment of the goods or perform the sending of a new product.
- In the returns of the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- In the changes for the defect or send the wrong product, Maquilleo will be in charge of the new shipment.
