HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

If your order has arrived correctly and you still want to return it, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

To carry out the return:

1. Contact us indicating your order number to info@maquilleo.com. We will proceed to pick you up at your home address and once the goods have been received and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount by credit card, PayPal, etc.. (depending on the payment method you chose during the purchase). Under no circumstances will cash on delivery returns be accepted.
2. The shipping costs derived from the return to our warehouses will be 5€ for Spain and Portugal and 10€ for international shipments. These costs will be borne by the customer.

The necessary condition for the return of the amount of the product (shipping costs will not be refunded), is that the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, it will suffer a depreciation.

After 14 days Maquilleo is not obliged to return the article. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the article by email to info@maquilleo.com.

When it arrives at Maquilleo the product returned, we will check that it is in perfect condition and we will make the credit of the amount of the product.

WHAT IF THE DEFECT IS FROM THE FACTORY?

If your order has arrived wrong or you see that it has a manufacturing defect you just have to tell us through our mail info@maquilleo.com attaching pictures of the defective product received.

We will take care of the collection of your product and of course we will send you your product in perfect condition in a second shipment without any cost on your part. To be able to make the return you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, after 14 days Maquilleo is not obliged to return the item.

AND IF I HAVE RECEIVED A BROKEN PRODUCT?

If you receive a broken product because of transport, we will need a picture to be able to claim the incident. Once we have the picture, we will send you a new product at no cost and the shipping costs will be borne by Maquilleo.

If we don't have a picture that shows the conditions in which the product has arrived, we will not be able to pass the relevant claim and therefore we can not proceed either to the payment of the goods or make the shipment of a new product. To be able to make the return you have 24 hours from receipt of the order, after 24 hours Maquilleo can not guarantee the return or replacement of the amount.

VERY IMPORTANT:

- For returns, shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will be 5€ for Spain and Portugal and 10€ for international shipments.

- In the changes due to defect or wrong shipment of the product, Maquilleo will be responsible for the new shipment.
