All the prices of the products on our website include VAT. However, the shipping cost is not indicated in the prices of the products, since this additional cost is indicated at the end of the purchase, before payment and differs depending on the shipping option you choose.

Shipments are made between 48/72 business hours from the accepted payment and the order confirmation. However, there are cases in which the shipment can be delayed due to incidents with the stock or with the delivery addresses.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the information and tracking of the order so that you can follow it at all times. Check the SPAM folder in case the email got there.

If the package is returned for a reason other than Maquilleo SL (incomplete or wrong address, refusal of the package, not collected at the office, etc.), you can choose to pay the shipping costs again, which will be € 5.00 for National shipments, € 7 for cash on delivery and € 15.00 for international shipping or the refund of the order amount subtracting this amount.

Before confirming the order, check the delivery address or if you have already confirmed the order, the delivery address can be rectified within a maximum period of 24 hours, before the order leaves our offices by sending an email to info @ maquilleo. com. Once the order appears as delivered on our website, the cost of the address change will be € 2.99.

Once the order has been sent, the shipping method cannot be changed either, if you need to change the carrier, you will have to pay a new shipment. For example, if you have selected shipping to the Post Office and the order has already left our warehouse, you can only pick it up at the Post Office, if you need a home delivery, you have to pay the amount of a new shipment.


  • The maximum term to make a return is 14 business days from the receipt of the package.
  • If the reason for the return is unrelated to our company or to any incidence in the shipment and is not due to a defective item or in poor condition, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
  • The return of an open, used or brand new item will only be accepted if the reason for the return is due to a defective item.
  • The refund of the money will be made through the same payment method for which you made the purchase or a voucher for the same value to use in valid from a maximum period of 48 hours from when we receive the returned product .
  • In the event of a defective product, we will proceed to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. We will not attend any return if you have not previously contacted us through the "contact" section of our website so that we have proof of the defective product, authorize its return and assign you a return number.
Pack the product in a closed and perfectly conditioned package, so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Do not use adhesive tapes or write directly on the original packaging of the product.
It is essential that you state your return number on the outside of the package and that you attach a copy of the purchase invoice in it. We will send the transport agency to pick up the package and, once the product has been checked and the defect has been verified, a new product will be sent to the customer in the shortest possible time.
Otherwise (that is, if the product does not present any anomaly) the customer will receive, again, the same product.

Manufacturer's warranty. All our products have a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty and the user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In case of failure, we recommend going to the official technical service of the brand (SAT). In practically all cities there is an official SAT and you can find out its address by calling the brand's customer service number. If you prefer, there is also the possibility of sending us the product and we will take care of sending it to the corresponding official SAT. In this case, the shipping costs to our address, as well as the shipping back to your home, will be your responsibility. The defective product will be sent to the official SAT of the brand, our company not being responsible for the time it may take for the official SAT to return the repaired product. Before sending us your item, you must contact us so that we can record the shipment and authorize its return. Pack the product in a closed and perfectly conditioned package so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Include a brief description of what happens to the product, as well as the purchase invoice.

Important: Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the guarantee. Always go to an official SAT of the brand Wrong product.
